Questions

Therapeutic Exercise FAQ

What is BFR (blood flow restriction) therapy? +
BFR uses a calibrated cuff to build strength with lighter loads — useful when heavy lifting isn't yet safe, such as early after surgery.
Is this just like going to the gym? +
No. Every exercise is selected and progressed for your specific recovery and coached one-on-one, with close attention to form and dosage.
Will I get a home program? +
Yes. You'll receive a focused home routine so progress continues between visits.
